We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone, except when instructed to do so by clients, or as necessary for electronically filing your tax return, or as permitted or required by law. 

We will not fax or mail duplicate copies of your tax return, or related data, to anyone without your express permission. We reserve the right to withhold the faxing or mailing of information until proper authorization is received.  

Access to nonpublic personal information is restricted to those professionals necessary for providing accounting and tax services including copying, assembling, filing, and distribution. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. All staff members sign a nondisclosure agreement each year.
